The mas, dating from the 18th century has just been completely renovated to a very high standard and is decorated and furnished in a contemporary, yet very attractive Provençal style. White and muted colours predominate. The home includes nternet access, as well as TV and DVD.
There is a large comfortable open-plan living, dining room with fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven range, dishwasher and American fridge/freezer. Above the kitchen there is a mezzanine floor that can be used as either a TV room or study. There is laundry room with washer and dryer.
There are three fair sized double bedrooms with 180cm beds, all en-suite, one with a bath, the other two with showers, all have separate WCs. The fourth bedroom, smaller in size, has a 140cm bed and has an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.

Demeure Terms and Conditions of Rental
Availability
All reservations are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.
Check-in and check-out times
Unless otherwise specified, you may check into a property no earlier than 4:00 P.M. local time. You are required to check out no later than 11:00 A.M. local time on your day of departure. Demeure will make every effort to accommodate early check-in and late check-out times if requested.
Maximum occupancy
Your party may not include overnight guests in excess of your property’s maximum occupancy. Should you exceed this limit, you will be charged an occupancy fee for each guest over the limit. This fee is equal to the normal per-person-per-night rate based upon maximum occupancy, plus an administration charge of 15%.
Smoking
Unless otherwise specified, smoking is not permitted in any property. If you, your party, or your guests smoke inside the property, you will be assessed a cleaning charge.
Pets
Assistance dogs (such as guide dogs) are permitted if you notify Demeure at the time of reservation.
Unless otherwise specified, pets are not permitted. However, different properties may have different policies in this regard, so please inquire with Demeure if you wish a pet to accompany you.
You will be assessed a cleaning charge for unauthorized pets.
Security Deposit Protection Plan
When booking through Demeure, you avoid the need to provide a substantial cash deposit to cover accidental damage to your rental home. You're automatically covered by our exclusive Security Deposit Protection Plan.
NOTE: Some especially high-value homes may require an additional deposit, but we'll make sure you're aware of this before confirming your reservation. Check your home's policies for details, if this applies.
Demeure's Security Deposit Protection Plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3000.00 USD. Any damages that exceed $3000.00 USD will be charged to your credit card on file. If, during your stay, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse Demeure for the cost of repair or replacement up to a maximum benefit of $3000.00 USD.

Personal goods
You, your party, and your guests assume sole responsibility for your personal goods. Demeure shall not be held responsible for loss or damage to any personal goods used or stored at a property.
Third-party services and fees
Some of the services available at a property are provided by third parties (examples may include but are not limited to tours, drivers, grocery shopping, chefs, and so on). In most cases, these third parties are independently owned and operated. Services you hire from a third party are the sole responsibility of that third party and not of Demeure.
You acknowledge that services provided by third parties shall be arranged by Demeure only in its capacity as your agent. Demeure shall be indemnified from all liability related to services provided by third parties.
You are responsible to pay any fees owing to third parties for amenities and services that Demeure arranges in its capacity as your agent.
Force majeure and travel insurance
Demeure will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the availability of a property you have reserved. However, Demeure will not be responsible for any costs related to the cancellation of your reservation due to forces beyond the control of Demeure, including but not limited to: acts of war, government instability, terrorist attacks, acts of nature such as hurricanes, tornados and typhoons, or any other such event that renders a property unavailable, as determined in the sole discretion of Demeure (an “event of force majeure”).
In the event of a cancellation due to an event of force majeure, Demeure will work with you and use reasonable commercial efforts to reserve comparable accommodations on your behalf. If additional costs are incurred in connection with securing such alternative accommodations, those costs will be your responsibility.
Demeure strongly advises you to obtain travel insurance to cover losses due to the cancellation of reservations, as well as traveler's medical insurance for any unforeseen accidents.
Waiver and indemnity
You acknowledge that the use of any property or service is undertaken with full knowledge of the risk of possible damage to personal property and the risk of injury and/or death. You accept any and all risk of damage to personal property and any and all risk of injury to you, your party, or your guests. In accepting this risk, you agree to indemnify and hold Demeure, its affiliates, and their respective shareholders, members, managers, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents forever harmless from any and all loss, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred.
Demeure's Cancellation Policy
When booking a Demeure property, you'll make two payments: 50% upon confirming your reservation, and 50% no later than 60 days before check-in.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please be aware these payments are non-refundable. Why? Our members tend to book travel well in advance. There's a good chance your property may sit empty after cancelling a reservation, because it's been off the market since you booked it.
