Your home will be treated with great respect by other Demeure Club members. And if you’d like someone else to take care of all the logistics of hosting guests, we’ll connect you with a Demeure-certified rental agency.
Home owners who contribute a vacation home that meets Demeure’s standards for quality and amenities. We also welcome responsible travelers who receive a personal invitation from an existing Club member.
Unlike other exchange programs with complicated credit systems, Demeure Club operates very simply. When a guest rents your home, you receive the full amount of the rental fee minus a 25% commission. This is a standard commission rate in the industry and is how Demeure earns revenue to fund the program.
The money you earn accumulates in your Demeure account, where you may spend it to rent anything in our portfolio — including homes outside the private Demeure Club.
